When you fill in the form on the Contact page, you voluntarily provide us with: your full name, company (optional), email, phone number (optional), your message and, optionally, an attached file.
Technical note: the form has no server of its own — submitting it opens your device's email client with a pre-filled message addressed to contatto@gegelettronica.com. Your data never passes through or is stored in any database on this site: it lands directly in our mailbox, managed by the hosting provider associated with the gegelettronica.com domain, acting as data processor under Art. 28 GDPR.
Data collected through the form is used solely to respond to requests for information, quotes, or general contact. The legal basis is the consent freely given by filling in and submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, should a business relationship develop, the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
This site does not use its own profiling cookies and, at present, is not integrated with any traffic-analytics tool (e.g. Google Analytics). Should this change in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
The fonts used on this site are hosted directly on our own servers: no external request to Google Fonts or similar services is made to display the pages.
The Google Maps and YouTube services, called only on your explicit action, are provided by Google LLC, based in the United States. Google adheres to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy arrangement for data transfers to the United States. For more information, see Google's privacy policy.
Data collected through the contact form is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, should a business relationship follow, for its duration and for any period required by applicable tax and accounting obligations.
You may exercise the rights set out in Art. 15-22 GDPR at any time: access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability. To exercise them, write to contatto@gegelettronica.com or via PEC to gegelettronicasrl@pec.it.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it) if you believe the processing violates applicable law.
This policy may be updated over time, for example if the services used on this site change. Last updated: September 2026.
